Shipping and Handling

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

A signature is required on all jewelry purchases over $100. We only ship out via UPS. We do not use USPS because we cannot track your package. We don't want your jewelry to be lost or stolen.

REPAIR AND WARRANTY ON JEWELRY

Our warranty and repair policy is in effect for one year from date of purchase. Items sold by International Design Group will be repaired at no cost other than return postage to our studio if such repair is due to workmanship or manufacture. Repairs outside of our warranty will be quoted to customers before any work is done___________We encourage everyone to insure their jewelry shipment.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All jewelry created or sold by The International Design Group, LLC has a full, no questions asked, money back guarantee for up to a full 30 days from the date of purchase. If your purchased jewelry does not meet up to your expections for any reason just return it (undamaged) for a FULL REFUND. The guarantee does not apply to theft, damage or loss.

SECURITY

Our safe and secure on-line shopping cart, pay-pal or telephone 1-877-636-0608 (toll free) may be used for any jewelry purchase. We honor all major credit cards and use the highest security to keep all your information private and safe.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Any in-stock item will usually ship out within 48 hours unless a rush order is requested. Custom hand made SPECIAL ORDER items make take up to 10 days to finish.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be made for the amount charged to your credit card minus shipping and insurance costs. Credits will be issued within 72 hours after receipt of returned items. All items must be received by us 15 calender days from the date of shipment from us. Please call us immediately at 1-816-273-8678 should there be a problem with your order. Shipping and insurance costs incurred by International Design Group will not be refunded. To prevent any damage during shipment, please make sure the jewelry is well packaged and that a signature is required. Items must be in new condition and not used or worn.

DAMAGED OR ALTERED RETURNS

All returned itms will be inspected by our in-house staff, and if determined that such goods have been altered or damaged your jewelry will be returned without a refund.

TAXES

As a licensed and registered company in the state of Missouri we are required by law to add a 7.7% state sales tax on all in-state sales.
