This is and INCREDIBLE 7 diamond vintage shell cameo from 1920s or 30s. It is an Italian shell cameo carved by a master carver with great detail both in the face, hair and upper body. It is 2 and 1/2 inches high (big) and two inches wide. The cameo is of a very attracive lady with diamond collor, earrings and pin. The cameo setting was created by a master jeweler just for this cameo. It is highly detailed and is created in 14kt white gold wich is stamped on the rear. It has a good pin and working safty clasp for the pin and it has a hidden bail for use as a pendant. On sale now!
