This detailed Italian hand carved cameo is cut from shell in Italy and has a custom 14 kt white gold frame. It is 2 inches high and about 1 1/2 inches wide. Has a small diamond for a necklace which is called a cameo habille. BUT---The pin is missing in the rear so it can only be worn as a pendant on a chain. The o ring for the chain is still there and in good condition. The cmeo dates from early 1900's. ON SALE NOW!
