Antique Cameo Habille in 14 kt. Yellow Gold. This is an exquiste cameo carving and i believe it to be much older then the setting it is now in. The carving is highly detailed and obviously done by a master cameo carver. It features a small diamond necklace featuredin the cameo and the pin on the rear is in good working order. The setting is not marked but i believe it to be 14 kt gold. The carving itself is the star of this show and I would grade the Italian cameo carving AAA
