This is a very old cameo from the early 1800's it is a carved hard stone cameo monted on black glass. The cameo is about the size of a dime or slightly small and if you look closely underneath the profile a portion of the left side bottom is chipped off. The setting is brass and very unusual. Pin in the rear is still in good shape
