This is a cameo habille (with diamond) that was cut between 1920 and 1930. The cameo is Italian shell and has a 14 kt white gold frame. The frame or setting has an 0 ring at the top so you can use the old cameo as a pendant but unfortunately the the pin safty catch is not working. It will make a stunning pendant or brooch.
