This is an Italian shell hand carved cameo with a lovely lady profile with flowers on her chest. The creamy profile has great contrast with the back light brown shell. This is the work of the carve its all one shell. Set in a 14kt rolled gold wire handcrafted pendant setting about 1 3/4 inch high.
