Italian handcarved shell cameo habille in a 14kt white gold setting. Cameo is AAA grade and the setting is from the 30's but looks almost new. Small diamond graces the neck upon an excellent carving. Slightly larger then a silver dollar. Can be used as a brooch or pendant.
