This is a tiny jewel box! That looks like a doctors bag in sterling silver. The bag was designed and handcrafted By Janna Thoma who had a studio in Tosco Mexico and make sterling silver items for Tiffany from 1965 up until her death in 1980. The littl bag is about two inches long, two inches high, has a locking clasp with working hinge, and two moving handles and a hinge to open and close the bag! It is a tiny work of art that could be in any museum by a great jewelry maker. An investment for the future
