This brooch was crafted by Wedgewood in England in 1851 and it is still a classic! The theme is CUPID ASLEEP -The nymphs try to steal cupids arrow!- It is set in sterling silver settings and made in the soft blue Wedgewood made famous. The piece is marked Wedgewood on the back, the brooch is also dated 1951. The brooch has a working straight bar pin clasp on the back. The brooch measures 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
